（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾28日專電）英國首相卡麥隆今天正式向歐盟其他國家領袖報告英國脫歐，他表示雖然結果遺憾，但不後悔推動公投。英國脫歐不表示英國從此將背向歐盟，英國希望與歐盟維持緊密關係。
擔任英國首相6年時間，今天是卡麥隆（DavidCameron）最後一次出席歐盟高峰會，卡麥隆今晚也侃侃而談，對每個問題都鉅細靡遺說明。
他表示，今晚的工作晚宴上，許多國家對於英國在加入歐盟43年後選擇離開感到哀傷與不捨，但也尊重英國人民的選擇，今晚的會談十分具有建設性、正面、冷靜與諒解。
卡麥隆表示，儘管遺憾英國公投結果，但他不會為自己做出公投這樣的決定後悔，這是英國人民的選擇，他會予以尊重。他也重申，啟動里斯本條約（Treatyof Lisbon）的任務將由新任首相決定，他會個人所能給予必要的協助。
他也指出，即使脫離歐盟，英國仍會是國際主要強權之一，英國不會、也不應該會從此背向歐盟，英國希望與歐盟在貿易、合作與安全各方面能維持緊密關係，不僅是和歐盟本身，也要和歐盟個別國家維持良好關係。
談及英國最在意的單一市場議題時，卡麥隆表示，對歐盟來說，所謂的單一市場包括貨物、服務、資金與人員的自由往來，是包裹式的；但英國則視為個別選項，因為想法不同，未來這項議題的討論將是一大挑戰。1050629
